Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse and Neglect Pamphlets

Description:

This pamphlet is for state-wide dissemination to professionals who work with children, to inform of their obligations as mandated reporters of child abuse and neglect. The Michigan Child Protection Law requires that certain persons report any case of suspected child abuse or child neglect to the Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS).

Audience:

K-12 school administrators, counselors, and teachers; Nurses; Physicians; Social workers; Clergy.
