Employment Law Online Course--Post Employment Rights and Benefits
The Employment Law: Post Employment Rights and Benefits course focuses on employment law issues concerning the rights of and benefits for employees who have left an employer's organization. Its content covers employers' obligations after the employment relationship has ended, including reference requests, continuation of health benefits under COBRA, retiree health benefits, ERISA rights, pension plans and unemployment compensation. This is the last of eight courses.
This course is designed for human resources professionals, upper level managers, and others who handle human relations issues in the workplace on a regular basis. The course is also appropriate for attorneys who advise professionals in the area of human resources management.
