America Counts Math Tutoring by MSU Students

America Counts is a federal government initiative begun in 1999-2000 to allow college students to use their federal work-study allocations to work with teachers and students in community schools to improve mathematics achievement for upper elementary and middle school children. MSU America Counts tutors provide both remedial and accelerated math support in a variety of Lansing School District and other school-related settings.
