Business Management Institute III: General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (2017 - 2018)

Description:

MSU's School of Hospitality Business and Club Managers Association of America offers Business Management Institute III. The one-week seminar teaches participants the use of technology in country clubs, accounting and financial controls, training procedures, quality leadership, team building, change management, marketing, conducting a board meeting, and leadership. Participants must register with the Club Managers Association of America to enroll in this course.
