Description:

Team-Based Group Process Skills is a six-module series that focuses on the skills and understanding necessary to participate effectively in group/team processes. The modules cover the History and Nature of Workplace Change Initiatives, Effective Communications Skills, Group Problem Solving Techniques, Resolving Conflicts in Groups, Decision-Making in Groups, and Team Dynamics: Effective Group Processes.

Audience:

These modules are designed for any individual -- labor or management, salaried or hourly -- who is or will be involved in a workplace team, problem solving task force, quality improvement group, or joint labor-management steering committee.
