    The Advanced Master Certificate in Integrated Supply Chain Management provides the knowledge of leading global research faculty, case studies, real-world strategies and examples, as well as networking opportunities to help you master all facets of integrated supply chain management. The essential tools and techniques you’ll gain will take your supply chain management skills and knowledge to a higher level. They’ll also lay the foundation as you start your intensive exploration with Supply Chain Management I & II, then progress through  each eight-week focus course building on your knowledge and proficiency as you complete the program.  There are five courses in this program.

    Michigan State University (MSU) and Delta College have partnered to offer regionally relevant agricultural training programs for careers in some of Michigan's highest demand industries. Students will benefit from dual enrollment at both institutions with all courses delivered in the Great Lakes Bay region.

    This partnership allows students to earn a certificate from the MSU Institute of Agricultural Technology (IAT) while working toward an associate degree from Delta College. Students will be able to complete the associate degree and certificate in just two years and financial aid is available to help with tuition expenses at both schools.

    The 55-credit Agricultural Operations program provides students with a solid background in plant and soil science, precision agriculture, water management, entomology, plant pathology and business management. It exposes students to exciting opportunities available in the industry.

    This three-course online certificate program from Michigan State University equips you with an arsenal of valuable new skills and credentials that will help you impact the strategic direction of your organization. You’ll tap into the knowledge and experience of the university’s leading global research faculty, the same instructors who teach master’s level courses on campus. You’ll also explore case studies and networking opportunities, and practice applying real-world, career-enhancing strategies.  You’ll take three required eight-week courses in succession - Strategic Leadership, Strategic Decision Making and Strategic Management - and earn 10.5 Continuing Education Units (3.5 CEUs per course). These courses cover everything from business models to decision making techniques to corporate value creation.     Description:

    The Weekend MBA’s rigorous curriculum is designed to sharpen your business expertise and give you a competitive edge in your career. Throughout these dynamic executive MBA courses, you’ll obtain the essential business knowledge, real-world skills and insights you need to excel in the workplace and contribute to your company’s bottom line. 

    The 45-credit-hour Master of Business Administration (MBA) includes nearly 30 executive MBA courses. Most Weekend MBA courses are 1.5 credit hours and consist of four compressed four-hour sessions that leverage technology to get the most out of in-class time. The program begins with a 7-day intensive academic residency in East Lansing in late summer.

This program was designed by top management researchers from the AACSB-accredited Broad College of Business who are dedicated to challenging students to develop forward-thinking solutions to some of the most important issues impacting organizations. The program consists of 15 five-week courses, which can be completed completely online in 20 months.

    The program’s structure is based upon a portion of the graduate level Supply Chain Management concentration in The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. The Broad College’s Supply Chain Management Program is consistently ranked as one of the best in the country. Program content will be delivered through lectures, readings, class discussion, and interactive simulations conducted by full-time Broad College faculty. Value chain management case studies and applications will be liberally used throughout the sessions.

    Description:

    This comprehensive course for the railway industry (operating companies, suppliers and shippers) is designed for employees that show potential for professional growth and increased management capabilities to middle and upper management levels.  Content is predominantly focused on the needs of managers rather than operators or engineers.  The course was developed and evaluated by MSU Railway Management Program staff, working closely with Class I and Class II railroad education and training directors, as well as the AAR, ASL&RRA, and FRA decision makers, and other transportation industry leaders.  Content is regularly updated to include topical items impacting the railway industry.  The program consists of four weeks’ content that covers the breadth of today’s railway industry.  Lecture-style presentations, from distinguished MSU professors and recognized industry subject matter experts, are balanced with field visits to rail and associated sites to help put the conceptual and classroom sessions into practice.
