CREATE Science Seminar Series (2016 - 2017)


The purpose of the CREATE Science Seminar series is to help create a vibrant collaborative community at MSU around research in science education K-16, to provide a venue to disseminate and discuss innovative research methods and results, to foster relationships and networking with national and international experts in STEM education research, and ultimately to help solve challenging problems in the teaching and learning of science, K-16.


The 2016 - 2017 series runs from November through May.  Eight speakers will be hosted during that time. Please see the website below for upcoming dates.

General public.  Seminar series events feature an interdisciplinary audience of faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students in STEM with a broad interest in Discipline-Based Education Research (DBER), Science Teacher Educators, K-12 STEM education researchers, K-12 science teachers, and school administrators.
