Business Management Institute III: General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (2019)
MSU's School of Hospitality Business and Club Managers Association of America offers Business Management Institute III. The one-week seminar teaches participants the use of technology in country clubs, accounting and financial controls, training procedures, quality leadership, team building, change management, marketing, conducting a board meeting, and leadership. Participants must register with the Club Managers Association of America to enroll in this course.
Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, Michigan State University Campus, East Lansing, MI.
Any member of CMAA. This course is required in order to beomce a certified club manager.
