Michigan State University Extension serves the pork industry by providing decisionmakers with unbiased, research-based information about all aspects of pork production. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, MSUE works to enhance the production of safe, nutritious, high-quality pork in an environmentally, economically sustainable and socially responsible manner.
MSU Extension provides education for all aspects of swine production, including intensively managed commercial operations, niche pork farms, sport farms, and youth show pig producers.

Telfarm is a system for maintaining financial and business records for farmers. Its goal is to provide accurate and valuable accounting statements, tax schedules, and management reports to assess the growth and development of the farm business. Services provided by Telfarm include: Technical assistance; Workshops; and Computer generated accounting statements and reports. Please see the website below for workshop offerings.
